Compact and affordable, the TPMC-3SM works with Crestron® Fusion RV™ Remote Asset Management Software to deliver a powerful room scheduling solution for office buildings and other large facilities. Installed outside the entrance to every meeting room, the TPMC-3SM provides an immediate view of each room's availability, with the ability to look up the calendar for any room on the network, and even reserve the room right on-the-spot. The dual-colour buttons give a clear indication of a room's status at-a-glance, lighting green when the room is available and red when it is in use. The touch screen's contoured shape assures that the buttons remain clearly visible at a distance to either side — even when mounted in a narrow hallway.

Colour Touch Screen:
Its brilliant 2.8" touch screen boasts 16-bit colour graphics, providing an intuitive and alluring user interface for viewing and editing room schedules and meeting information.
 
Tactile Push buttons:
To complement its colour touch screen, the TPMC-3SM includes physical pushbuttons for quick access to commonly used functions. The "Today" button at the upper left corner jumps to the current day view, while the "Close" button at the upper right quickly closes whatever page is currently displayed. Both buttons feature translucent button caps with dual-colour LED backlighting, which light green when the room is available and red when it is unavailable.

Below the screen are additional buttons. The "Select" button (labelled with a + sign) provides a quick way to select a meeting to view its details, or select a time slot to reserve a room, depending on the current view on screen. "Down" and "Up" buttons enable scrolling through the day's schedule, while the "More" button on the left accesses the next available page of info, rooms, or days.

Single-Wire PoE Connectivity:
An Ethernet LAN connection is all that is required to wire the TPMC-3SM. The TPMC-3SM gets its power right through the LAN wiring using 802.3af PoE technology. PoE (Power over Ethernet) eliminates the need for a local power supply or any dedicated power wiring. A PoE Injector (PWE-4803RU[1]) simply connects in line with the LAN cable, allowing for installation at any convenient remote location. For applications with multiple TPMC-3SMs or other PoE-powered devices, a Crestron PoE switch (CEN-SW-POE-5 or CEN-SWPOE-24[1]) may be used for a streamlined networking solution with built-in PoE.

Simple Wall Box Mounting:
The TPMC-3SM mounts directly to a single-gang electrical box or European/UK electrical box, requiring just 1/2-inch mounting depth while protruding just over 1/2-inch from the wall surface for a clean, low-profile appearance.
